Assistant Manager

Every club within Soccer Manager has an Assistant Manager and their role is to work alongside and help you in the day-to-day management of the club.

Amongst the tasks your Assistant Manager carries out are:

  • Deciding the tactics and team within the SMFA competitions if you are not a Gold Manager.
  • Produce a Match Preview before each game.
  • Attempting to select a more competitive side if numerous players are played out of position or if a weak team is selected.
  • Your Assistant Manager is left in charge if you take a leave of absence and activate Holiday Mode.

Your Assistant Manager will also be available to you in a number of other ways than those listed above, as they will also offer advice and help on the daily management of your club via the Pagtuturo.
